YOGOS purchased a light industrial use building with the aim of demolishing the existing structure and creating 3 modern sustainable homes. However, initial push back from the council has meant that YOGOS are currently going through a prior notification application to convert the existing building B1(c) and attached offices into (C3) 4 x 2 Bedroom apartments with associated amenity space and parking. A decision is expected mid June.
